The Town of Clyman and United Liquid Waste Recycling (ULWR) came to an agreement on the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow ULWR to construct and operate lagoons to enhance their liquid waste treatment effectiveness and landspread liquid waste to Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources (DNR) approved lands owned by ULWR and/or privately owned lands with landowner permission.
In addition, the Town and ULWR reached agreement on three CUPs allowing Grease Recycling, Commercial Truck Repair and Biodiesel Production.
